Random thoughts..
Somedays it is just so dang hard to walk in love. Self love doesnt come easy for me, and some days it is espescially difficult... like today. I was taught very young that if you don't have anything nice to say, say nothing at all- I think I need to implement that in my own perception of myself. Do any of you struggle with this?

I in fact do struggle with this, along with probably millions of others. Make it a mantra Chris... look at yourself in the mirror and repeat after me... "You are precious. You are beautiful, inside, and outside. You are numero uno chica.... I could go on, you know whats up. You know what you gotta do. So get on it Gorgeous.
